摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of loganin in Qiyinyanggu Tablets. Methods The method was established by using Gemini C18 110R column (250 mm ×4. 60 mm, 5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(15∶85), the detection wavelength was 236 nm, column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The linear range of loganin was 0. 048-0. 24 μg; the average recovery rate was 100. 00％, RSD was 0( n = 6). Conclusion This method can accurately determine the content of loganin.关键词
