Content Determination of Evodiamine and Rutaecarpine in Fructus Evodiae by RP-HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the content of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Fructus Evodiae by RP- HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on Boston Symmetrix ODS- R column with acetonitrile-0. 04％ octane sulfonic acid sodium. The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 225 nm. Results This method is convenient and reliable. Conclusion This method can be used to determine the content of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in the Fructus Evodiae.关键词
