PET/CT对肺癌精确放疗计划制定中危及器官受量的影响
Impact of PET/CT on the organ at risk in the precise radiotherapy planning of lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of organs at risk (OAR) in the precise radiotherapy planning based on 18F-FDG PET. Methods A total of 51 patients with lung carcinoma received PET/CT imaging, mapping the gross tumor volume ( GTVCT and GTVPET/CT) on every patient's CT, making the PlanCT and PlanPET/CT of precise radiotherapy, and compare the difference of dose volume histogram (DVH) on OAR and GTV. Results The proportion was 47％ (24/51) in GTV changed ≥25％ , 8 patients increased ≥25％ , 16 patients decreased ≥25％. The V15, V20 of total lung and V50, V55 of esophagus decreased in the PlanPET/CT compared with PlanCT ( P ＜ 0.05 ) , but no difference in the Mean Heart Dose (MHD) and Dosemax of spinal cord (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion The precise radiotherapy planning based on 18F-FDG PET can change the GTV, which may help to reduce the probability of radiation injuries in the lung and esophagus.关键词
