Abstract
No longer being a simple process of medical diagnosis and treatment of disease, today's medical practice has become a psychosomatic treatment which bears humanistic significance.Therefore, the level of hospital 's humanities building directly impacts on the overall image and social eredibihty of a hospital, while a doctor's humanistic cultivation parallelly affects medical services and patients'satisfaction.To strengthen the humanities building is the need to improve the professional ethics of the medical staffs, the need to improve the quality of medical services, the need of hospital development, the need for a hospital to achieve social and economic benefit, the need to improve the physician- patient relationship,and the need to build a harmonious society.关键词
