Design and synthesis of isofavone prodrugs
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve bioavailability and anticancer activity of daidzein, we designed and synthe-sized the new daidzein derivatives (4～5) according to principles of pro-drugs. Their structures were characterized by IR, MS, elemental analysis and 1H NMR spectral date.关键词
