Prediction of the secondary structure and B cell epitopes on major cat allergen Fel d 1
摘要
Abstract
Objective To predict and analyze the secondary structure and B cell epitopes of cat major allergen Fel d 1.Methods Based on the amino acid sequence of chain Ⅰ and chain Ⅱ of Fel d 1.the secondary structure,hydrophilicity,flexible regions,surface probability,and antigenic index were predicted by the methods of Chou-Fasman,Kyte-Doolittle,Karplus-Schulz,Emini and Jameson-Wolf respectively,and DNAStar Protean software,Rtault The potential B cell epitopes of Fel d 1 were localized in the regions of 15～21,48～57,103-111,138～143,and 151～161.Conclusion These findings are helpful for the identification of the dominant B cell epitopes.The results can provide the antibodies design and antigenieity modification of Fel d 1 with theoretical foundation.关键词
