一种区域耦合度指标及其在电压无功分区控制中的应用研究
Area coupling index and its application in voltage and reactive power hierarchical control

Abstract
In view of fewer index on evaluating the partition results quantitatively, this paper proposes an area coupling index for quantitative evaluation of partition results based on the coupling between node voltage and reactive power, as well as a node-area coupling index intended for selecting the pilot node of an area. A comprehensive voltage and reactive power VQ coupling degree hierarchical control method is then established combining the partition, results evaluation with voltage control through node fuzzy clustering. The proposed method has been applied to Hubei power grid, and it can be concluded that the areas partitioned by such method have strong independence, the area reactive power disturbance exerts larger influence on the local area voltage, but smaller influence on other areas, and the proposed coupling degree index has clear definition, simple calculation and strong practicability.This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 51071185).关键词
