摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of small-capacity and low-speed storage in the recording system, the solid NAND Flash with excellent performance is taken as a storage medium and large scale integrated circuit of FPGA as a control core.The application of parallel processing technology and pipeline technology makes the high-speed data storage achieved by several low-speed Flash, which improves the storage capacity and storage speed of the whole system. Aiming to the drawback of internal bad block in Flash, a set of processing mechanism for inquiring, updating and shielding bad block is established,thus the reliability of the data storage is improved.
