摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the TLC identification method of Milin Qing capsules.Methods Heated reflux, shaking and ultrasonication were used separately for extraction of gallic acid and TLC identification.Results The standard method failed to extract garlic acid but shaking or ultrasonic extraction was able to extract garlic acid for direct TLC identification.Conclusions The improved method is accurate and reliable.关键词
