成都市社区精神分裂症患者危险性行为相关因素分析
Analysis of factors associated with risks of individuals with schizophrenia living in Chengdu communities.

Abstract
Objective We seek to identity some factors influencing the dangerous behaviors of patients with schizophrenia living in communities of Chengdu.Methods Completed data of 307 patients with schizophrenia were collected through 3 years follow-up.Some tools including PANSS, SDSS and Risks Soale were employed to assess the seriousness of mental illness, social functions of patients and dangerous behaviors of patients.We used logistic analysis to find out needed factors.Results The outcome of analysis showed that Sex( β = 0.05 ) and SDSS( β = 0.28) associate to violent behaviors; sex( β= 0.27), PANSS( β =0.23) and stable resident time ( β= - 0.28 ) are relative to disturbing; PANSS ( β = 0.04) and taking medicine days ( β = -0.21 ) are connected with criminal accidents.Conclusion As we obtain the significant factors, we suggest that reheving symptoms of patients and strengthening the supervision of vagrant patients could diminish rates of dangerous behaviors of patients with schizophrenia.关键词
