Research and Application in Cooperation Office Platform System Based on Knowledge Management
摘要
Abstract
Under analyzing the shortcoming of traditional office automation,presents a scheme that knowledge management supported by information technology based on researching related theory of knowledge management. Firstly knowledge management platform was realized by service-oriented architecture technique in the scheme. Secondly SwsiPlatformt standard was applied to construct cooperation office platform based on knowledge management theory. Finally the idea was utilized to the design of the actual system. The research result has shown that the method made information flows be more reasonable, and every layer of division of services be more explicit. Besides it can adapt information status with some performance of flexibility and advance. The application of system is able to establish a high synergy office environment. So automation and management levels will be approved. Furthermore, it is significant for supporting the decision of management.关键词
