摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of transcatheter closure of congenital heart diseases (CHD) using homemade occluders. Methods Patients diagnosed as having CHD were recommended for further transthoracic echoardiographic assessment using multiple standard views. All the procedures were performed under local or general anesthesia. Transthoracic echocardiography and X rays were used to monitor the procedure. Effectiveness was evaluated at 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after the procedure.Results The success rate of device implantation was 98.7％. The rate of immediate post - procedure complication was 5.8％ (49/846) and the rate of delayed complications after 24 - month follow - up was 3.4％ ( 16/471 ). Conclusions The treatment of CHD with domestic occluders is a simple, safe, reliable and efficient method with a high success rate and high effectiveness.关键词
