恩诺沙星配伍蒲甘散对异育银鲫败血症的疗效研究
Study on Curative Effect of Enrofioxacin Compound With Pu Powder to Bacterial Septicemi of Carassius Auratus Gibelio
摘要
Abstract
To study the better drugs and effective treatment method to bacterial septicemi of Carassius auratus gibelio,this paper used Enrofioxacin, Pu Powder and Enrofloxacin compound with Pu Powder respectively to cure the disease to compare the effect accroding to studying the inhibition out of body and the cure rate fed with drugs. The result of MIC and MBC showed that the inhibition of the test groups of eurofloxacin compound with Pu Powder was obviously higher than groups of single drug. The efficiency of oral test showed that the level of groups of enrofioxacin and enrofloxacin compound with Pu Powder was significantly higher than the contrast group( P ＜ 0. Ol ). 1: 6 as the proportion of compound enrofioxacin to Pu Powder was the best proportion, and the cure rate of this group was 91.8％.关键词
