水泥水化作用对硬性浆液变形特性的影响
Impact of cement hydration on deformation properties of cemented mortars
摘要
Abstract
By utilizing self-made grout deformation equipment, the cemented mortar deformation properties of shield backfill grouting were tested under different water-cement ratio and hydration time.The influence of hydration action on cemented mortar deformation was discussed.The results illustrate that the higher the consolidation pressure, the larger the compress variation of mortar generation.Cement hydration action is obviously weakened along with water-cement ratio increases, which lead to mortar deformation enlarging.With cement hydration time extend, mortar compress deformation presents decrease tendency.Therefore, during shield tunneling, water-cement ratio reasonable decrease is helpful to control stratum settlement induced by shield tail void closure under the conditions of backfill grouting implement convenience and cost controlling.关键词
