摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the adiponectin ( APN ) and hs-CRP, IL-6 in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods Sixty-four elderly patients with essential hypertension were enrolled the study, including 23 cases with grade 1, 21 cases with grade 2, and 20 cases with grade 3, other 25 healthy elderly people were enrolled as control group. The serum levels of APN, IL-6 were measured with ELISA method, and the serum level of hs-CRP were detected by immunonephelometric method. The relationship between their levels were compared and analyzed. Results The serum levels of APN in elderly patients with essential hypertension group [( 7.8 ± 5.6 )mg/L]was lower than that in control health elderly group[( 9.9 ± 3.3 )mg/l]( P < 0.05 ).However, the serum levels of IL-6[( 59.9 ± 7.5 )ng/ml]and hsCRP [( 5.9 ± 2.0 )mg/L]were higher than that in healthy elderly group[( 18.7 ± 5.4 )ng/ml,( 2.4 ± 1.4 )mg/L, respectively, P <0.05].Furthermore, the hypertension with grade 2, 3 were more obvious than that in hypertension with grade 1 ( P < 0.05 ).The relationship analysis demonstrated that the serum levels of APN and, IL-6, hs-CRP had negative correlation ( r= - 0.577, P < 0.05; r= - 0.582, P < 0.05, respectively ).Conclusion The serum level of APN decreased in elderly patients with essential hypertension, and the serum level of IL-6 and hs-CRP increased. The serum levels of APN was negative related to the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP.关键词
