时效时间对Cr35Ni45Nb离心铸造奥氏体钢
Effects of aging time on mechanical properties and microstructure in Cr35Ni45Nb centrifugally cast austenitic steel

Abstract
The effect of different aging times at 1 200 ℃ ageing temperature on (900 ℃ ) mechanical properties and microstructure at room temperature and high temperature was investigated on Cr35Ni45Nb steel for ethylene cracking furnace tube. The results showd that mechanical properties of Cr35Ni45Nb steel at 1 200 ℃ ageing temperature increased at first and then decreased with aging time increasing. Ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and, impact ductility reached the peak values after ageing for 135. 2 h. It was summarized that the aging time had an obvious effect on the microstructure. Preeipitated and dispersed fine secondary carbide particles could strengthen comprehensive properties of Cr35Ni45Nb steel. However, Needle-like secondary carbides, previous precipitated fine secondary carbides coarsens and coalesces close and along the grain boundaries, the primary continuous dendritic carbide network changed into less-continuous chain to degradate the mechanical properties and to deteriorate the microstructure.关键词
