Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of On-line Hemodiafiltration on immune state of maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia. Methods 80 cases with uremia and maintenance hemodialysis were divided into 2 groups ave ragely and randomly. The patients in Group C received 3 routine hemodialysis treatments per week, and the patients in Group T received one On-line hemodiafiltration and 2 routine hemodialysis treatment. The total treatment time was 12 hours per week in the two groups. 10 healthy adults were used as normal control( Group N ). T lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood and the serum IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 ,C4 were detected at the onset and after 12 weeks. Results Compared with Group N,among the patients with uremia and maintenance hemodialysis ( Group C, Group T ),CD3+ , CD4+ T lymphocyte,CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the peripheral blood decreased( P ＜ 0.05 ) ;the IgG,IgA,IgM, C3, C4 level in serum decreased too( P ＜ 0.05 ). The above indexes of Group C were not changed obviously after treatment with routine hemodialysis ( P ＞ 0.05 ). But after hemodiafiltration treatment in Group T, CD3+ , CD4+ T lymphocyte, CD4+/CD8+ ratio, the IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4 level in the peripheral blood increased,compared to the ones of Group C after treatment by routine hemodialysis and Group T before treatment by On-line hemodiafiltration, there were statistical differences of all the variation( P ＜ 0.05 );there was no significant difference of CD8+ T lymphocyte among them( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion There was immune dysfunction in maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia.And the treatment of hemodiafiltration could improve the immune functiona,and decrease the infections complications.关键词
