阿片类物质的外周镇痛作用
The Peripheral Analgesic Effect of Opioids
摘要
Abstract
The distribution of peripheral opioid receptors and aralgesic effect and mechanisms of peripheral opioid ewre summarized. Analgesic effect of opioids includes central and peripheral mechanisms. Potent and significant analgesic effects can be brought about by opioids acting outside the central nervous system. Primary sensory neurons and their peripheral nerve terminals express opioid receptors. In inflammation and nerve injury cases, opioid receptors synthesis may increase and be transported to the peripheral nerve terminals and damaged parts. As a result, the expression of opioid receptors in nociceptive fibers may increase and make themselves more susceptible to opioid analgesics.关键词
