Abstract
[ Objective ] To observe the endoscopic biliary stent placement for elderly patients with advanced malignant obstructive jaundice drainage effect. [ Methods ] 36 cases of elderly patients with advanced malignant obstructive jaundice in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. [ Results ] Biliary stenting in elderly patients with malignant obstructive jaundice had obvious short-term effect of reducing yellow, and the hospitalization time was short, the recent few complications, but the long-term due to stent blockage, there was cause jaundice risk of recurrence and cholangitis. [Conclusion] The biliary stent is a safe and effective treatment for elderly patients with advanced malignant biliary obstructive jaundice yellow reduction method, for the losa of opportunities for surgery in patients with advanced malignant biliary obstruction, In the extended survival period, to improve the quality of life isof great significance.关键词
