Effects of vascular endothelial cell on invasive properties of glioma cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of glioma vascular endothelial cells( GVEC) on the invasive properties of glioma cells. Methods Vascular endothelial cell were selected with MACS beads, migratory and invasiveness of glioma cells was analyzed in matrigel matrix, in vitro. Resluts Co-culture of vascular endothelial cells and glioma cells could enhance their migratory and invasiveness each other , and increase the experssions of MMP-2 ,9. Conclusion Vascular endothelial cells could enhance the invasive ability of the glioma cells by induced the experssion of MMP-2 ,9.关键词
