完全腹腔镜胃癌根治术的临床研究
Clinical research of totally laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summary the experience of totally laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods:Clinical data of 45 cases who suffered from gastric cancer and received total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All patients underwent total laparoscbpic gastrectomy successfully, without conversion to laparotomy or laparoscopic-assisted surgery. The average operative time was (300. 0 ± 79.1 ) min, blood loss was (208.3 ± 137.1 ) ml, number of dissected lymph nodes was (29.9 ± 8.2), time of the first flatus was ( 3.8 ± 1.1 ) d and postoperative hospital stay was ( 9.08 ± 3.3 ) d. Conclusions: The total laparoscopic gastrectomy for gastric cancer is a safe, feasible and radical procedure. It has the advantages of minimal invasion, faster recovery,less blood loss and shorter hospital stay.关键词
