摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the parameters of autonomic nervous function of depression, so as to instruct the diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of depression, and provide new ideas and methods for objectification study of pulse diagnosis.Method One hundred depression patients were divided into six groups: Stagnation of liver-qi, liver depression transforming into fire, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,qi-yin deficiency, yin deficiency of liver and kidney, intermingled phlegm and qi.The feature and discipline of autonomic nervous function in each group were analyzed by collecting the pulse condition of depression patients with DDMX-100 electro-pulsograph (independently developed by Shanghai University of TCM),with 44 normal people as control.Result The parameter PHZS in depression patients was higher than normal control group, and so was each group of depression.The parameter Vt of intermingled phlegm and qi group was lower than that of normal control group.The parameter Vh of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency group was higher than that both intermingled phlegm and qi group and normal control group.Conclusion Pulse parameters and the autonomic nervous function parameters may be used as one of the indexes in diagnosis and syndrome differentiation in depression.关键词
