化积止痛巴布剂穴位贴敷配合益气化积方内服对H22荷瘤小鼠镇痛作用的影响
Analgesic Effect of External Analgesic Cataplasm Acupoint Sticking and Internal Yiqi-dose on H22 Tumor-bearing Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the analgesic effect of collective use of external analgesic cataplasm acupoint sticking and internal Yiqi-dose on H22 tumor-bearing mice, and explore its underlying mechanism. Methods Fifty Kunming female mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group,dose group, acupoint sticking group and collective use group. Blank group and model group were given normal saline, other groups were given corresponding treatment. The pain threshold of the H22 tumor-bearing mice before and after 30 minutes of the treatment was measured, and the improvement of it was compared. Results Collective use, analgesic cataplasm or Yiqi-dose could raise pain threshold of the H22 tumor-bearing mice at different level. The pain threshold level of dose group or collective use group has significant difference compared with blank group (P ＜0.01). Conclusion External analgesic cataplasm acupoint sticking combined with internal Yiqi-dose can raise pain threshold level and its percentage of H22 tumor-bearing mice.关键词
