摘要

Abstract

A mechanism based on flexible hinges to amplify the displacement of stack-type piezoelectric ceramic actuator was designed. The mechanism was composed of semi-cylindrical revolute joints and flexible hinges. The performance of semi-cylindrical revolute joint was studied, and the models of stress and friction torque of semi-cylindrical revolute joint were performed. On the basis of analysis on maximum input displacement, elastic deformation, displacement loss of flexible hinges and the effect of revolute joint on loading, the displacement magnification mechanism was obtained.The results of the finite element analysis and theoretic analysis are in good agreement, which indicates the analytical methods are correct.
