The endocannabinoid system in regulation of cardiovascular functions
摘要
Abstract
The endocannabinoid exerts various cardiovascular effects such as vasorelaxation, lower blood pressure and negative inotropic effects via multiple signaling transduction by its receptor dependent and independent pathway. It is also involved in antiinflammatoryand endothelial-protecting effects. Therefore, the research on the pharmacological mechanism of the endocannabinoid system( ECS ) may play an important role in treatment of hypertension, atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and heart failure.关键词
