Abstract
The paper first discusses the problems of practice and popularization of order-form talent training mode of higher vocational nursing, and then proposes some solutions. It points out that the training mode confirms tothe development law and objective requirements of vocational education,enhances the relevance and applicability of personnel training, and realizes the triple-win of schools,students and employers.关键词
