摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction conditions of Rhizoma Coptidis. Methods The extraction conditions were studied with orthogonal test L9(34) and comparison test, and the content of berberine was determined by HPLC as index. Results Frequency of extraction was remarkable factor in the test. Conclusion The optimum extraction technology for Rhizoma Coptidis was shattering to 10 meshes, backstreaming and boiling the materials for 3 times in 60％ ethanol, the volume of which was 9 times, 8 times, 8 times the weight of herbal medicine, with 1 hours for each time.关键词
