Synthesis and Characterization of CuGaS2 Microspheres by L-cysteine-assisted via a Solvothermal Method
以二水氯化铜(CuCl2H2O)和三氯化镓(GaCl3)为先驱体,生物分子L-半胱氨酸(C3H<,7>NO2S)为硫源和模板剂,通过溶剂热法合成了CuGaS2微球.所得样晶用XRD,FESEM,EDS,XPS,TEM,HRTEM和SAED进行表征.结果表明,在190℃反应24 h可得到结品良好、形貌规整的四方晶系CuGaS2微球,直径为2~4 μm.经计算,其品胞参数为α=0.5355 nm和c=1.0478 nm.根据实验结果,提出…查看全部>>
An effective biomolecule-assisted synthetic route has been successfully developed to prepare copper gallium sulfide (CuGaS2 ) microspheres under solvothermal conditions using CuCl2 · 2H20,GaCI3 and L-cysteine as source materials, in which L-cysteine was used as the sulfide source and complexing molecule.
