Influence of Interdot Coulomb-Correlation to Properties of Electronic Transport through Coupled for Quantum-Dot System

摘要

Abstract

We studied a quantum-dots system which is coupled to two leads using the method of equation of motion of nonequilibrium Green' s function. We found that the Coulomb correlation interdot and coupling strength can influence the transport properties, such as differential conductivity and local density of state, through such a triple quantum-dots system. Theoretically, there will be some new Kondo channel for transport and the inherent ones will be increased.
