超高效液相色谱法测定不同提取工艺样品中钩藤碱含量
Determination of Rhychophylline in Different Extraction of Samples by UPLC
摘要
Abstract
The amount of rhychophylline in different extraction of samples was determined by UPLC with waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (2. 1 mm × 50 mm , 1.7 μm) , methanol and 5 mmol/ L ammonium acetate solution adjusted pH = 9.8 with ammonia-methanol as mobile phase (40: 60 ), isocratic elution, the detection wavelength was 240 nm. The calibration curve is linear in the range of O.026 ～ O.520 μg with correlation coefficient of O.9999.The average recovery of rhychophylline was 100.3％. The method is rapid, accurate, reproducible in determination rhychophylline in Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis.关键词
