西葫芦果形指数主基因-多基因混合遗传分析
Analysis on the Fruit Shape Index of Cucurbita pepo L. by Using Major Gene Plus Polygene Mixed Inheritance Model

Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to provide scientific basis for breeding of the fruit shape index of Cucurbita pepo L.. [ Method ] The major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model was adopted to analyze the inheritance of the fruit shape index of six generation populations of P1, P2, F1, B1 ,B2 and F2 from two crosses of q-1 ×23-4G (cross 1) and q-1 × A-7(cross 2) which were self-cross bred from gadding and dwarf-type Cucurbita pepo L.. [ Result ] The inheritances of the fruit shape index of the two crosses were all 1 additive major gene + additive - dominance polygene ( D-2 ) inheritance model, predominated by dominance genetic effect; the genetic heritability values of F2 were higher in both the two crosses, but the environmental effect was relatively low. [ Conclusion ] The fruit shape index breeding of Cucurbita pepo L. should be chosen in the early generation.关键词
