Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To explore reasonable application and management of high-risk drugs in the hospital, promote safe application and management of drugs in the clinic and ensure the safety of drug use of patients. METHODS: Based on the actual situation of our hospital and the potential risks of drugs, attentions and management measures for clinical application of high-risk drugs were put forward. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: It is an important issue in the hospital to strengthen reasonable use and management of high-risk drugs. We should formulate high-risk drugs list and management system and take corresponding measures according to the risk factors of drugs to improve safe management and abilities of risk prevention, enhance safety awareness of relevant responsible officer and reduce the incidence of medication mistakes.关键词
