Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the perioperative application of antibacterial drugs in gastric cancer patients in our hospital.METHODS: 368 patients underwent gastric cancer surgery in our hospital during 2009-2010 were divided into open gastrectomy group and laparoscopy group.The utilization of antibacterial drugs was analyzed statistically.RESULTS: 368 surgical patients were given antibacterial drugs (open gastrectomy group of 168 cases and laparoscopy group of 200 cases).The prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs in two groups accounted for 88.7％ and 85.0％ respectively.The nitroimiclazole derivatives were the most frequently used.The rates of specimen submission in two groups were 10.53％ and 6.67％.CONCLUSION: The starting use of antibacterial drugs for the patients was at a high point, and took a long time to take effect.At the same time, patients have no consciousness of etiology examination.We must strictly perform The Guidelines for Clinical Use of Antibacterials, strengthen the supervision and management of clinical application of antibacterial drugs and improve rational use of drugs.关键词
