Observation of the Efficacy and Safety of Thrombolytic Therapy in Differet Time Window in Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To estimate the safety and efficacy of thrombolytic therapy in different time window in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods 64 patients with ACI treated in our hospital were divided into two groups by the start time of thrombolytic therapy, group A (＜3 hours) and group B (3～6 hours), compare the recovery of neuro- function and occurrence of bleeding complications, and assess the difference between the two groups by statistical tests.Results Neuro- function of patients in the two groups were recovered significantly ( P ＜ 0.01 ), and group A was better than group B(P＜0.05); There was more occurrence of bleeding complications,mortality and the mortality due to bleeding complications in Group B than in Group A, but there was no statistical significance(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion It is more effective and safe to treat a patient with ACI in 3 hours using thrombolytic therapy, and it is also feasible in 3～6 hours in some special conditions.关键词
