人工流产后月经过少、闭经患者性激素的临床分析

Abstract
Objective : To analyze the relation of patients suffered from insufficient menstruation after abortion and the ovarian reserve dysfunction between the age and the frequency of abortion.Methods: 74 patients suffered ovarian reserve dysfunction due to abortion were divided into A,B,C, D four groups for the observation of ovarian reserve function that was the ratio of serum FSH、FSH/LH.Results : The older of the patients the more serious of the insufficient menstruation, menopause and ovarian reserve function(P＜O.05).The patients suffered ovarian reserve dysfunction due to insufficient menstruation have the positive correlation with the frequency of abortion within one year.Conclusion : The ovarian reserve dysfunction of patients suffering insufficient menstruation and menopause after abortion has the positive correlation with the age and the frequency of abortion.关键词
