Abstract
Objective Observation of hyperbaric oxygen on diabetic retinopathy.Methods 82 patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into group and control group (n = 41 ), two groups were given oral calcium dobesilate and comprehensive treatment of diabetes, on this basis, the observed secondary to the hyperbaric oxygen group treatment, and patients were detected before and after treatment fundus changes and blood rheology were observed.Results Group, 21 cases were excellent,effective in 16 cases, 4 cases of no avail, total effective rate of 90.24％; control group, 15 cases were excellen, effective in 13 cases, 13 cases of no avail, the total effective rate 68.29％, the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ).After treatment,blood rheology decreased in the observation group decreased more significantly, to improve the better, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen can significantly improve abnormal blood rheology, improve patient retinal ischemia, hypoxia, diabetic retinopathy has a better effect.关键词
