胫骨平台骨折手术治疗64例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the operative ways of tibial plateau fractures. Methods To anlalyse 64 cases of tibial plateau fractures patients who were classified according to schatczker classification 2 ～ 4. The tibial plateau fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with buttress plates. All which sank over 1.5 cm were treated with persons'bone grafts. Results The following-up was 5 ～ 36 months ( average 14 months). According to Merchant grade standerd, the excellent and good results were 85.4％. Conclusion The open reduction and internal fixation are suited for the shifted tibial plateau fracture.关键词
