105例高原官兵心电图ST-T改变分析

Abstract
Objective To elucidate Incidence and its clinical implication of ST-T abnormality of highland officers and soldiers in Gan Zi state.Methods A total of 2090 officers and soldiers were examined.The different age, altitude of stationed and time were compared.Results The average incidence rate of ST-T abnormality was 5.02％ (105/2090).No significant difference was found in different age groups of ST-T abnormality, P ＞ 0.05.There were significant differences between altitude of 3000 ～3500 m group and ＞4000 m group which ST-T abnormality rate respectively were 3.55％ (44/1240), 7.18％ (61/850), P ＜0.01.No significant difference was found between 3 ～6 months group and more than 1 year group which ST-T abnormality rate respectively were 4.51％ (72/1596), 6.68％ (33/494), P ＞ 0.05.Conclusion The age and stationed time have little effect on ST-T abnormality rate of Highland officers and soldiers.Stationed altitude have a posive correlation with ST-T abnormality.The diagnosis of ST-T abnormality should be combined with clinical comprehensive judgement and treated cautiously.关键词
