腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石合并肝硬化30例的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective Analysis and summary the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for Gallstone Cirrhosis, as basis for clinical reference. Methods Retrospective analysis of 30 cases information of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstone cirrhosis, from the perioperative and surgical approach and effects to analyze and summarize. Results 30 patients were cured, the average operation time was 66min; all the patients recovered well after surgery, no bile duet injury, bleeding and infection complications, 8 patients had postoperative abdominal drainage and no abdominal infection; hospitalized for 8 to 25 days average of 13.5 days. Conclusion Emphasis on liver function tests before surgery, gallbladder disease extent, to take active preventive measures, the use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of liver cirrhosis and gallstones are safe and effective.关键词
