三种腋臭治疗方法的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate a better mode of treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Methods A random group were used by complex surging with super thin flap rain-incision ( A group), or simple cutting and pruning method ( B group) ,or treating by CO2 laser (C group), to observe the cure rate in an efficient and the incidence of complication in three methods of treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Results A group and B group was no significant difference in cure rates (P ＞0.05), A group and C group there was significant difference in cure rates ( P ＜ 0.05 ), B group and C group there was significant difference in cure rates ( P ＜0.05 ).In the postoperative subcutaneous hematonma、skin necrosis, scar and other complications, A group was significantly better than the B group and C group, there was statistical significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Complex surging axillary osmidrosis with super thin flap min-incision ( A group) is a better approach.关键词
