Abstract
Objective Looking for a kind of treatment intractable epistaxis safe and effective surgical method. Methods 23 patients with intractable epistaxis, Under local anesthesia, according to the endoscopic anatomy of the sphenopalatine foramen, the sphenopalatine artery was identified under the posterior tip of the middle turbinate. Mter the pedicle of the artery was delineated, a bipolar cauterized the artery and make it completely atresia, local sticky periosteal flap with gelatin sponge reset after protecting wound. Results All patients in search of vascular smooth, after surgery and surgery, docs not have the complication,makes a follow-up visit for 3 months, there was no rebleeding. Conclusion Diathermy of sphenopalatine artery, as a purely endonasal procedure, is an effective and microinvasive means of achieving longterm control of refractory epistaxis. It has few complications, it is worth popularizing.关键词
