摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of garlicin on proliferation and apoptosis of human lung carcinoma cell line H460 in vitro. Methods The lung carcinoma cells H460 were cultured with different concentration's garlicin. MTT was used to detect the optical density and computed the inhibitory rates according to the formula. The apoptotic rate cell were detected using flow cytometry. Results The inhibition of proliferation by garlicin was concentration-dependent and time-dependent( P ＜0.05). The apoptotic rates ascended with the increasement of garlicin density and was concentrationdependent( P ＜0.05). Conclusion Garlicin can inhibit proliferation and induct apoptosis of human lung carcinoma cell line H460 in vitro.关键词
