Abstract
Usually, for accurately positioning the connecting lever of wheel No.2 in YB47 hard packer, its fine setting has to be made when the packer is going through a trial run, nevertheless, the setting process is troublesome and time-consuming.Therefore, a new fixture set was designed after analyzing the positioning principle and setting procedure applying the new fixture in the setting of 5 YB47 machines proved that the positioning of the connecting lever could be completed without futher setting at trial run, the success rate reached 100％ , the average setting time reduced from 120 to 9.2 minutes.关键词
