基于CaCO3/SiO2复合粒子的超疏水表面制备
Preparation of super water-repellent surfaces on the basis of CaCO3/nano-SiO2 composite particles

Abstract
Super water-repellent composite particles were prepared with surface-modified composite particles of CaCO3/SiO2. The wettability of the composite particles was checked by contact angle measurements. It was indicated that super water-repellent composite particles could be obtained when the mass ratio of CaCO3 to SiO2 was less than ten. On the basis of the surface-modified composite particles of CaCO3/SiO2, a super water-repellent coating was obtained when the mass ratio of CaCO3 to SiO2 was less than six. The contact angle on the coating became larger with increasing the content of composite particles. The formation mechanism of super water-repellent surfaces from surface-modified composite particles of CaCO3/SiO2 was discussed by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectrometry and thermogravimetry.关键词
