人手皮肤触觉小体分布的形态学
Morphological Study on the Meissner Corpuscles of the Human Hand
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expressions of S-100 protein and MBP protein in Meissner corpuscles of the human fingers' skin. Methods The streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical method was used. Results Our results showed that dermal papilla ridges were below epidermal ridges. Both of them located in the skin side by side. Meissner corpuscles located in the papillary layer of dermis. Cutaneous nerves and sensory corpuscles were found nearby the blood vessels and the sweat glands. Conclusion The results of the present study may provide the morphological data in order to solve the problem of sensory disturbance after the injuries of fingers.关键词
