Study on Pre-wetting Sizing Solid Content
摘要
Abstract
Method of setting sizing solid content in pre-wetting sizing processing rationally was discussed.Function and sizing effect of pre-wetting sizing were introduced.Prewetting yarn replacement situation between prewetting water and sizing in sizing box was analysed.On this basis ,formula of sizing solid content in prewetting sizing was derivated.It is pointed out the key point is setting sizing solid content, then the sizing solid content should be ensured stable through effective automatic monitoring.关键词
