Cooling Load Algorithm and Actual Cooling Need Calculation in Spinning Workshop in Summer
摘要
Abstract
Cooling load algorithm and actual cooling need calculation in spinning workshop in summer were discussed. Taking one textile factory in Xi'an in summer as example, spinning workshop cooling load in each process was analysed and contrasted by cooling load factor method and steady state heat transfer method. It shows that results of the two methods are similar. Steady state heat transfer method is much simple and convenient. Air treatment of broken-end collector processing exhaust in spinning workshop was studied further, required cooling capacity was calculated. It is considered that required cooling capacity of spinning workshop calculated by this method is accurate, phenomenon of workshop supply cool load shortage got from traditional calculation method could be avoided.关键词
