小鼠骨髓抑制模型的建立
Establishment of the myelosuppressed mice model
摘要
Abstract
Aim To estahlish a reliahle and practical mice model with myelosuppression. Methods Eight-to ten-week-old female BALB/c mice were prepared. Myelosuppression was induced hy intraperitoneal injection of carboplatin at 1. 0 mg per mouse . immediately followed by a single dose of total body radiation at 2 Gy. To observe the changes of blood and marrow through hlood routine, marrow smears stained by HE. Results In model mice, peripheral blood cells decreased significantly, and red blood cells , hemoglobin and platelets reached their lowest levels on 14th day after the treatment of carboplatin and radiotherapy,and then they restored to normal levels on 28th day after the treatment. Compared to recl blood cells and hemoglobin, the recovery of platelets was slow. WBC reached its lowest point on 7th day after the treatment, then slowly recovered to normal level on 28th day. Conclusion The model is reproducible and easy to operate, and it can be used as a tool for studying other drugs.关键词
