摘要

Abstract

Different concentrations of ethyl methane sulfonate (EMS) were used to treat the stem segments of cucumber seedlings in this research. Using the survival rate and bud differentiation rate of the stem segments as criteria, we obtained the half - lethal treatment combination, i.e. treating the stem segment with 4% EMS for 2 h. RAPD and SRAP analysis showed that DNA variation existed in the regenerated plantlets induced by EMS. The two markers detected eight RAPD variation loci and 5 SRAP variation loci.
