摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of stromal cell derived factor-1(SDF-1) and CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4) in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods The expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 in 79 renal clear cell carcinoma tissues and 43 normal renal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical PV-6000 technique. Results The positive rate of CXCR4 in 79 renal clear cell carcinoma tissues (77.2％) was significantly higher than that in 43 normal renal tissues (14.0％) (x2=45.009,P ＜ 0.05 ). Furthermore,the expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues was related with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of the tumor ( x2=4.408～1 1.935,P ＜ 0.05 ),but not with genders and ages of patients and differertiation of the tumor. The expression of SDF-1 was negatively related with that of CXCR4 in renal clear cell carcinoma (r =-0.305,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 in renal clear cell carcinoma tissues indicates that it is closely related with occurrence,development,metastasis and clinicopathologic parameters of the tumor,and may play an important role in the progress of renal clear cell carcinoma.关键词
